Package the Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the delivery note is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid return label from the portal or use a QR code at a designated drop-off point to send the package back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
